This is a special Happiness Camp. We may not be able to be together but we can still have fun. On December 20th  I am hoping you will celebrate the winter solstice with me. Many believe this is when the Age of Aquarius starts, a balance between the masculine and the feminine energy. A time of cooperation rather than competition, a time of waking up. This is really something to be celebrated. 

This is the time of the year to celebrate Hope and Wonder. It is a time we look at the past year and see what we have learned and look at what we want to create in the new year. 

What if in the new year you decided to live closer to nature? What if you let go of any preconceived ideas and you explored the idea you have power in blessings, what if you could create your own reality? What if you could be healthier and more emotionally balanced by using the Divine gift’s we all have like herbs and crystals? What if we really had faith that everything we need we have been given? I truly believe the promise that nothing is impossible. 

Happiness Camp is going to be about waking up to the power inside of you and how to align with the natural world all around you. 

This is how anyone that joins me will celebrate. You sign up right here. The Cost is $125 and that includes a box valued at $65 that will be sent to you before the celebration. Everything in the box will pertain to the all day zoom class. You will be given a link for the class and all you have to do is click the link. You must register by November 25th so you can get the box in time.  

This class is an unusual collection  of techniques I have learned in the last 17 years of teaching yoga and 40 years of being a hypnotist. There will be a 20 minute yoga class that you will find helpful if you are a beginner or a senior. Then  a 20 minute class to learn new resilience  and flexibility skills for the emotions, mind, body and Spirit. Everything I have studied is on the table. Then there will be a deep relaxing guided visualization.  Once you buy this six week program you will also be a part of a closed face book page. You can ask questions, post and learn more about increasing your immune system. This is an amazing deal for 6 weeks of classes that will be recorded for your convenience.
